Shipping and Returns
We ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered items due to an incorrect address. Items that get returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped to the correct address at the customer's expense.
We are not responsible for items damaged or destroyed in transit. However, all shipments come insured for replacement. If you receive a damaged sign, please contact us immediately￼ so that a claim can be submitted. The customer will be required to provide pictures of the damage.
Due to the current nature of shipping in our country, please be advised that once a package has been shipped we have no control over how carriers handle package distribution. You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Due to the custom nature of our signs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. While we do not offer returns, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or questions about a product you have received, please contact us within three business days of the delivery date.
